Already paid?

Return to your original planner tab or private recovery link and choose “Check payment”. Enter your Shopify order number if requested. Your receipt is useful for finding the order; the service still verifies payment directly with the store.

Cannot open a download?

Save the HTML file to your device and open it in a full browser. Some email attachments and phone file viewers disable interactive HTML. External maps need an internet connection.

Lost the recovery link?

Try “My guides” in the browser used to create the plan. If you have neither that browser’s saved key nor a recovery link, contact support with your order number. The seller must verify ownership through Shopify before providing a remedy. Knowing an order number alone does not grant access.

Wrong route or changed plans?

Update the saved guide within your access period and download a fresh copy. Check Google Maps and the venue before leaving. Travel and gate information can change.
