What the app stores
Your saved route, chosen places, dates, times and preferences are stored to create and deliver your guide. Avoid entering home addresses or personal information you do not need to share. The app does not request your companion’s identity, religion, appearance or contact details.
Your browser stores guide titles, dates and private recovery keys so you can reopen your collection. Anyone with a recovery key can access its guide. Keys are stored as cryptographic hashes on the server. Protect recovery links as you would a password.
Payment and service records
Shopify handles payment information under its own privacy terms. Side A retains order and line identifiers, amount, currency, payment status, delivery consent and a random checkout reference to deliver purchases, handle refunds and prevent fraud. Card details and the buyer’s email are not copied into the guide database. Our hosting provider processes requests and may retain operational logs.
Access and retention
Saved drafts can be opened for 7 days. A first confirmed purchase gives 30 days of online access. Expired guides become inaccessible; their personal content is erased during the next maintenance run. You can delete a guide’s details immediately in the planner. Downloaded files remain on the devices where you save them.
Hashed recovery keys, order references and consent records are retained separately for payment recovery and order support. If an old checkout is paid after a draft is erased, the first valid purchase can open a fresh blank guide; erased personal content is not restored. The seller must set and publish the final retention periods for billing, consent, security logs and backups before launch.
Your choices
Use “Delete plan details” to remove saved personal content. Contact the seller for access, correction, deletion, an objection or a complaint about personal information. The final notice must identify the seller’s legal bases for processing, applicable privacy rights, supervisory authority and international-transfer safeguards before sales begin.
External links and storage
Opening Google Maps, TfL, Royal Parks or Shopify sends you to those services. Their privacy terms apply. This app uses necessary browser storage and an owner sign-in cookie. It contains no advertising pixel or marketing analytics. The hosting platform’s access controls and cookies operate separately.
